With the Microsoft Dynamics
NAV Connector for eCopy ShareScan, you can convert hard copy
originals into electronic images and store them as attachments
against suppliers, customers, in fact anything that allows
attachments directly from the eCopy enabled digital copier or high
speed scanner.
Documents can then be easily retrieved and viewed from within
Dynamics NAV, and then edited, amended or distributed
electronically by using eCopy Desktop.
Now, your company can effectively
manage paper documents throughout the document life cycle. The use
of standard document types, searchable text, and desktop editing
software ensure that review, approval, distribution and archiving
are consistent with your existing information management
procedures.
